The 2005/06 bikes had a faulty sprag and gear. The sprag clutches with an updated style gear were used on 2007 and upward models. RE 2007 S3 will not start Raydeje, Yes, the engine would crank with a bad relay. The relay controls engine management, not the starter. The starter is a separate relay.
